Their hotel staff’s are welcoming so you’ll feel like “homey”. Kimberley at the frontdesk is excellent for her customer service. Housekeeping the cleanliness is spotless. I’m a “hotelier” so I know by heart.

Everything was great, everyone was happy, my children loved staying at the hotel for the day as much (if not more) than going to the theme parks! The bar/food staff were fantastic. We would love to return.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and always friendly. The room was cleaned every two days. Facilities inside the room were great, from the fitted kitchen with everything you might need, to the washing machine and dryer. The apartment was roomy and each of the two bedrooms had a large bathroom. The two pools were large, clean and both had lifeguards. There were loads of chairs and loungers. Activities were ongoing all day.

    Wow, this Outlets is really nice.

    Wow, this Outlets is really nice. I dont find it an outlets since I personally feel Outlets should be at a cheaper rate to purchase items. But none the less, it is wonderful to walk thru all these name brand companies.
