    The owner and staff are really sweet. I was there for late night and early morning so booked a cheap hotel in great location just in front of dong xuan market. There is no elevator but they carried and brought down our luggage. They were very loving and sweet.

    Good location near The Huc Bridge. There are many local good eateries within walking distance. We practically walk everywhere - the Night market, Cho Dong Xuan Market, etc. There are two 24hr Laundry within 6min walk away if u want to save money. The hotel just opened for a year so facilities are still very new. Air con is strong. Will stay here again if we come Hanoi.

    The apartment is clean. Though it's near the railway but the noise from the train doesn't disturb me. The owner are always willing to support. It's easy to travel around the Old Quarter from here. It's especial near Dong Xuan market and Hang Ma street. You can find many eatery near here.

    The hotel's location is very good, just a few steps away from Dong Xuan Market and Hoan Kiem Lake. Cars can also enter the hotel door. On weekends, the old streets will ban cars, so you need to be careful when booking a taxi.

    Great position in the centre of the old town. Also so close to West Lake. Dong Xuan Market is only a short 15min walk away. Staff were excellent organising a fantastic trip to Ha Long bay for us. Really responsive for any questions you had.

    From the Sono hotel, it is very convenient to walk to see the old quarter, it only takes almost 3 mins on foot to night or dong xuan market. At the opposite site, there are many BBQ street foods ( we had BBQ beef which was very delicious). Our room was very nice with a balcony. It’s clean and spacious. The staff are incredibly helpful. They can give you advices on restaurants and visiting places. They arranged our tour to Ninh Binh and Halong bay at very good service and price

    The Sono Hanoi is located in the old quarter, 2 mins walk to Long Bien bridge and Dong xuan market. Our room was big and clean. We booked their airport pick up service and tour to Halong and Tam Coc. All went out smoothly. We had a great time with stress free.

    From early check-in, booking tours, calling a taxi, to giving directions — Jasmine and her team handled everything quickly and with a friendly attitude. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice big window for fresh air. Every morning started with a bowl of delicious beef pho, giving us the energy to explore Hanoi. The location is super convenient — just a short walk to Ta Hien Street, Dong Xuan Market, and other popular spots.
