The most remarkable about this hotel is the staff. They are exceptional, friendly, available and hard working. We went out late at night to hunt for a few bottles of beer and they offered to come with us. Although Hanoi is safe, I think. They also organised transport to and from the airport and a city tour - all at reasonable prices.

This hotel is amazing in all aspects. The location is in the middle of the old town and price. Can't beat that! Its location makes your stay easy to explore on foot or get grab without problems. (Second time in Hanoi and this hotel was better than chosen last year). The rooms are big, clean and quiet to get good rest. Breakfast was good, having a variety of fruits, yogurt,bread, pancakes (my favorite!) and more. The best was the staff. Each person was very friendly and helpful to provide information and recommend activities or places to eat. They really care about making your stay smooth and easy. I'd definitely stay here again whenever we come back to Hanoi.

    Certainly a must see place.

    Certainly a must see place. It will leave you sad at just how violent their history past and recent has been. A strong and excellently chronicled and display of the Vietnamese war and the effects both political and physically of Americas role in such barbarism, such as the use of agent orange, not forgetting Frances period of rule and also prior the Chinese etc.
