We had a pleasant stay. The room was just as advertised—clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. We found the location convenient; it’s on a quiet street, just a few meters from the free bus stop, and even within walking distance of the city center, just as we had hoped. Without a doubt, the most important highlight for us was the warm and attentive service from the staff. They were always kind and helpful, and one of them even assisted us in resolving an issue with our tickets. If we return to Phu Quoc in the future, we would definitely choose this place again. - only few min walk from the main and noisy road so the dorm is quiet at night - great AC turned on all day in the dorm, comfy bed with curtain, big lockers - spacious toilets/bathroom with body wash - hosts super nice and helpful, provide all services you need (book a taxi to the airport at good price, day tour, scooter rental, food and bar) - great music in the common area :D - chill & swim at the pool at the end of the day - great place where to meet backpackers!

Stayed for 2 days surrounded by this awesome family! Van and his staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is located right on the beach and in the evening it was nice to go out on the balcony and watch the sunset. The room is clean, new plumbing, excellent wi-fi. You can address with any question to Van, and you will be helped! Unfortunately on the last day of arrival I caught a cold and could not fully enjoy the beauty of this place. Definitely put this place on your itinerary, it's worth a visit. Thanks Van!

I love the interior, the staff was incredibly helpful, breakfast buffet was incredible and changed each day. The pool was pleasant with a view, option to order drinks and charge the room. There is a shuttle bus for free after check out to the airport.

Such a nice place and very good value for the money . Not often bathrooms have this standard and never before to this price!!! Lovely! Very comfortable bed and big glass windows,cosy place with a very good restaurant! Very close to the wonderful beach !
