The hotel is cosy, clean and located in the old center, but rather quiet. The restaurant on the opposite side is very good and has traditional dishes. The staff is great and helpful. Amanda made the last part of our holiday to be excellent. She took care of booking every trip to Ninh Binh, Halong and Sapa. We didn't have any concern, just enjoyed our holiday. I highly recommend it. I was feeling like home.
