Where do we start? What an amazing experience from the reception with Mr Hali, Mr Kemal and the lovely Ms Medine who ensured we had a great room but also saw to our every need. Our concierge and Valet Mohamad was also very attentive. We had one issue when the pool stopped service for food so even though it was extremely windy being the sun deprived Brits we were, Ms Duygu from guest services ensured she spoke to the F AND B manager Mr Emirjaan who ensured we were served even though kitchen was closed. As a gay couple with our New baby on the Turkish half of Cyprus, we felt extremely welcome and happy. This was a concern and i am sure many travellers like us would be worried but i can assure you the Concorde is truly a internationally fabulous hotel. We were going to cross and go to the Greek side of Cyprus before we head home but after 2 amazing days we cancelled our booking at a 5 star hotel on South and decided to rebook at the Concorde Tower instead and leave straight back to Uk from here. We booked this hotel by chance for its proximity to the Near East Hospital, but we were so happy we did. Well done guys and we will see you on Thursday again. Fantastic. Amazing. Superb are just some of the words I would use to describe the hotel and especially the staff. Ms Pumi in Fornacetti restaurant was also very attentive, especially as we had a little 2 month old. We could not be more happy.

Beautiful hotel on the sea had a boutique & exclusive feel! Room was large & spacious with a balcony close to the water! Decor was stylish & sleek. Large comfy bed. Large modern bathroom. Everything was 5-star, including luxury toiletries & top spec hair dryer! Lovely breakfast every morning. We ate at the restaurant a few evenings and spent most mornings at the beach club swimming in the clear turquoise sea! Heaven! Great value for money. Exceeded our expectations!

    There is very little to see inside this castle and the...

    There is very little to see inside this castle and the digital tv screen was not functioning properly. The €2.50 entrance fee for this visit is very high relative to the limited investment and 5 mins of the visit. Only positive is the view from on top of the castle for a nice view and photo opportunity. €2.50 per person is not much but still feels like a rip-off relative to the lack of investment.
