The beach is lovely however be aware of the street venders.
The beach is lovely however be aware of the street venders. There is a supermarket on the prom front so you can pick up anything you need. The sea on the beach is cold and quite ferocious I enjoyed a swim in the open sea pool next to the main beach. It's calm and not so cold. We had a lovely meal in Harry's bar. I had an amazing time in Camps Bay, South Africa! The area is absolutely beautiful with stunning views and a vibrant atmosphere. The food was outstanding—so many great options and everything I tried was delicious. It’s the perfect spot to relax, enjoy great meals, and take in the lovely surroundings. It has changed a lot over the years.
It has changed a lot over the years. More commercialised, and not in a good way. Very noisy. Local dancers and singers everywhere; nice if just passing through but if you want to eat in peace, forget it; it’s noisy and annoying after a while; we didn’t stay long. Amazing new restaurants, but sitting outside, or near the view was noisy and felt dirty with the constant stream of vehicles and their fumes.
