Premises very secured and safe. Breakfast is AMAZING. Room was decent and clean. Staffs are extremely helpful and smiling always. Food & Beverage staffs are devoted and organised, especially Ms. Thabile. Proximity to shopping malls and very convenient for uber transport. Highly recommended.

During the 8 nights I spent at this hotel I only had excellent service from door man, to cleaner, to server, to reception and to management... everyone was so helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Brian who made my dining experience memorable! What an amazing waiter, thank you. Breakfast spread was always fresh and so much to chose from. Dinner choices are great. Just a few minutes from Monte Casino and Pineslopes shopping centre.

The staff were simply amazing! They were so incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The cleanliness of the entire hotel and the rooms was superb. We travel a lot and this was beyond compare. Excellent breakfast. Great security. Access to Montecasino and surrounding suburbs and motorways was superb. Charlotte Rhys bathroom products and Wedgewood cookies massively appreciated.
