Very nice staff, very kind and helpful. The cabin was so cozy. We woke up to feed the birds in the morning (there are so many) and we visited the possums at night. The forest is amazing and the common areas (kitchen and garden) are great. I loved the shampoo and body soap :) Also the fact that the cabins have DVDs and films can be borrow from reception. Free parking in front of the cabin.

Wonderful little home from home. Very comfortable and just 4 mins out of town by car, so excellent location. Has everything you need in the kitchen, etc..including a dishwasher. Quiet and it feels you are in the depths of the countryside with bird life all around. We loved it and would recommend.

This accommodation is exceptional and outstanding value for money. The property is well maintained, secluded and is very well equipped. Somehow the 50-70 year ago ambiance works - the house was only built about 10 - 15years' ago we understand. We met Peter the owner and had a most agreeable chat with him. We are on a 5 week road trip around Australia and this was the best accommodation we have found so far.
