We stayed in one of the luxury suites and it was stunning. The outdoor shower and plunge pool were highlights. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the view was stunning. We did a short hike around the property which was nice as well.

The estate is beautiful and has zebras, giraffes, kudu and more. George and Zelda are amazing hosts. The lodge is very nice. The rooms are spacious, modern and airconditioned. Without a doubt the best location we stayed at in our 3 weeks in South Africa. We booked a full day Gamedrive in Kruger with Khululeka and we were fortunate to see the big 5 in one day! It's truly a magical and special place.

We stayed for one night at this amazing lodge on our way to the Kruger. We felt like we were already in the bush when we enjoyed the evening around the boma fire. The cottage we had was stunning and overlooked the lushest greenest garden I have seen in a long time. We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent and the staff and service is great. We met the owner who was very friendly and she gave us maps of the best trails in the Kruger. Places like this make travelling a pleasure. Great job you guys.

We were just passing by in the area and stayed one night only, but it was the perfect spot! The food at dinner was delicious and the tent was perfect, modern, clean and with an inverter air conditioner, the night was untypically cold but we always felt warm. The open wide view from the balcony is also a plus.

We loved being on the water with the resident hippos. There was a large area in which we could walk around. The locals were very welcoming and invited us to watch rugby on TV with them. The manager was warm and helpful.

Sabores Lodge was designed with the guest in mind. The location of the lodge was perfectly central. Everything you would expect from a hotel, at half the price. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the owner was very welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful and truly a treat. The chef personally opened the kitchen to cater for us on a public holiday. The room was cozy, had an air conditioner, a fridge, tea making facilities, a high quality bed and linen, and even a safe. Parking was secure and marked per unit, individual remotes are provided to come and go as you please. Overall it suited every requirement my wife and I had, while being clean and well maintained.
