The lodge is located a 25-minute walk from the Falls and the small town centre. It has beautiful big rooms with a nice balcony .everything is clean and well taken care of. The staff was always friendly and helpful with any queries we had. we also had a great breakfast included in the room rate and they have lunch and dinner for a reasonable price and great food! The Internet was working fine and the area where the hotel is located was safe.

Loved everything about our stay. From the minute we arrived, we were welcomed and made to feel at home. Shantel and all the staff were accommodating, happy to help and advise when necessary. I loved that the hotel facilities were working no water, electricity or WiFi challenges!!

We received fantastic service from the moment we landed at the airport to the moment we checked in our luggage to leave. One of our bags was lost in transit and the lodge arranged to get the bag collected from the airport for us and delivered it to our room. All staff were very friendly and made sure to stop and talk to you everyday. Any request was not an issue. We had amazing trips organised for us so we didn't have to do anything but enjoy our holiday.

Great place, amazing people always ready to help you with anything. Smooth and quick contact with the stuff. Safe and always on time transfers. Very tasty breakfast and lunch/dinner options. Botteled water avialabe to buy at the bar. They also offer activities which we decided to book with them and we were very happy. Guesthouse was clean and spacious.

Everything. The place is really peaceful with only 4 lodges, the lodges have everything you need, Millie and the team are so nice and helpful, we really did not have to think about anything there. It also doesn’t hurt that it is right on the game reserve and you wake up to zebras, impalas and baboons!
