A stovetop and toaster are also provided, as well as a kettle. Our second stay at this accomodation and this time we chose the apartment. It was great, very private, cozy and comfortable. Loved the heated blanket and comfortable bed. The bathroom is spacious. The views are amazing. Would stay here again when we come back to beautiful Maydena!

Little seed was a beautifully presented property. The ability to order dinner in-house was fantastic and the quality and generosity of the servings outstanding. We would highly recommend this property for a beautiful place to stay when exploring the area around Franklin.

Almost don't want to share this gem with the world I absolutely love it. The most gorgeous decor, comfortable dorm rooms, great value, perfect kitchen facilities, stunning location and friendly staff. Couldn't have asked for more the highlight of my trip.

There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Such a cute little place. We arrived late in the day, during the rain, and had to leave early the next morning (also in the rain!) so we didn't get a chance to explore the surroundings properly. But the cottage itself was so cozy and comfortable. It was pretty great to listen to the storm outside as we are tucked up inside.

Museum of Old and New Art - MONA is 26 km from the lodge, while Derwent Entertainment Centre is 28 km from the property. Hobart Airport is 50 km away. Paddy's Flat had a fantastic view of the river! It was close to the river and sitting on the verandah was so peaceful. It's only a small studio flat but had everything we needed and was very comfortable.
