Rainbow Valley Lodge is located located in Monteverde Costa Rica, in the mountains of Monteverde. It offers lush gardens and rooms with free WiFi and fantastic mountain views. The view was amazing from cabin #6. Amanda was very welcoming and informative from starting to the end.

The host was really friendly, considered our comfort for example by serving us dinner to our room. The dome we stayed in was comfortable. The area is quiet so it was nice to hear the sounds of nature arround you. We felt peace and was able to disconecr from our busy last days in Costa Rica.

It was totally lovely. I would definitely stay there again. Everything was clean and in great condition. Beautiful view from on high of the ocean. The workout equipment was nice too since we had a lot of rain while we were there.

Highly recommend this ''Little escape". Mike is a great host, super responsive and kind. The apartment is comfortable and stylish. Swimming pool is relaxing. We travelled with our baby and dog : it took us no time to fully embrace the lifestyle of little escape / Santa Teresa. Go for it!

Everything worked well, was very clean, a lot od space, super shower, everything in the kitchen for cooking, huge refrigirator. You sleep in the jungle, we saw some animals. The owner from Netherland was super nice.

Lovely couple who made us coffee when the electricity pole fell down and we were unable to use the communal facilities. It was quiet when we were there. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would recommend car access. Very hot shower, it was excellent. Tents were well kept, clean and equipped with a fan.

This was exactly what I was looking for. Something deeper in the jungle yet close to Uvita and the coast. Just the peace and quiet and closeness to Nature I needed. And the cabin has no glass windows, just screens, so you can hear the music of the jungle very clearly. Nights were spectacular. I loved falling asleep to the symphony of the the surrounding wilderness and waking up to the sounds of roosters and howler monkeys (: The property has access to a river and mini waterfall which was very tranquil and serene. The drive to the cabin was a fun little adventure in itself and 4x4 is recommended. The hill that leads down to the cabin is ultra steep but you have the option to park atop the hill and walk down which is a short jaunt. The host, Wouter, was amazingly attentive, personable, and chill. He would always respond to my questions/ messages quickly. You could not ask for a better host. I can recommend Loft del Rio with total confidence and rate it a perfect 10. If you are looking to experience an immersive jungle experience that is also close to the coast, this is it.

This property was gorgeous in and amongst the cloud forest of Monteverde. The balcony was amazing and lovely to sit and watch the wildlife. It was clean and tidy and very cosy at night. The bed was comfortable, and the panoramic views of the forest through the windows made for a great view for your morning coffee. The location was great a short walk into town but a bit of a steep walk but up however only a $5 taxi ride! The staff were incredibly friendly - Edwin welcomed us, showed us around and even booked us on zip lining tours and night tours ! I would highly recommend!

The room was big, spacious and the beds were good size, and had some privacy between the two beds as they had a dividing wall. Big open glass on one side of the building allowed tremendous light into the room, and the small kitchen was perfect for preparing quick meals. The provided breakfast was great - enough eggs, bread, milk and juice to last our stay. Jose our host, was very helpful and made recommendations for places to visit, and restaurants to eat at. He was also able to make a booking for us at a recommended adventure park in the area. Overall great experience and great customer service.

The rooms are very comfortable, clean and cute and offer their own balcony/patio amidst the flora of Monteverde. Hospitality is great at El Sol and Susanne is the proof of it. Last but not least the food at El Sol is delicious.
