L’établissement Vis Ta Vie -Thema Collection se situe à Mirissa, à respectivement quelques pas et 34 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Plage de Kamburugamuwa et Geyser Hummanaya. This accommodation was truly spectacular. My mom and I stayed for two nights, as we wanted to explore the south beach area of the island and visit different beaches. The place felt more like a personal home than a hotel, with a marvelous location right in front of the beach, a beautiful swimming pool, and a welcoming reception area. The staff were incredibly attentive, providing excellent service and even surprising us with complimentary treats like mocktails and delicious ice cream while we relaxed by the pool. It truly felt like a peaceful oasis. The breakfast was spectacular possibly the best we had during our entire 10-day trip in Sri Lanka with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room was always immaculate and spacious, featuring a very comfortable bed and all the amenities needed to meet every requirement. It genuinely felt like being in our own vacation home. We will definitely return if we visit Sri Lanka again and I highly recommend this accommodation .

Wonderful location in the midst of the rainforest. Food was fresh and tasty. The lovely host Karina is very accommodating and can organise anything for you from transportation to tours. The river freshwater pool is very refreshing after a hike or trek in the forest.

L’accueil des hôtes a été exceptionnel : chaleureux, attentionnés et toujours disponibles. La chambre était très confortable, équipée de la climatisation, d’un lit king-size, d’une moustiquaire et d’une connexion Wi-Fi parfaitement fonctionnelle. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande terrasse en hauteur, offrant une vue imprenable sur la mangrove, sans aucun vis-à-vis, idéale pour se détendre en toute tranquillité. L’emplacement est également pratique, avec un accès facile aux tuktuks pour se déplacer sans difficulté. Un séjour parfait, je recommande vivement !

L’établissement Unrushed Midigama vous accueille à 2,1 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Plage de Midigama. Il comprend un jardin, une terrasse et une cuisine commune pour votre confort. Good wifi, massive lawn, and my personal favourite- monster lizard. It lives in the lawn. You can walk to the beach and all the eateries. Manu is very resourceful and can get you most of the things. Just ask him!

The garden, the bungalow with it’s private space outside to chill, the common areas where people got together to drink, eat or just chat… It’s also a 1 minute walk from the beach and literally 30 seconds from awesome coffe shops and restaurants. The hosting family is kind and will help you with anything you need. I had the chance to know more about them and how midigama has evolved in the past 40 years. It was really interesting and they are the sweetest people. Also, 2 great surfing spots just a few minutes walk from the bungalows. I will surely come back! Thanks for everything!

You cannot beat the views, and waking up to the beautiful jungle and forest right from your bedroom, or the dreamy fireflies at night from the balcony. Their home kitchen menu is superb, made fresh to order, and super tasty. We had delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner options all tasty and satisfying. The owners also connected us with a great hiking guide in the Sinharaja forest who pointed out rare species, took us to waterfalls, and even prepped us so we would not get leeches on our shoes. This location is absolutely the best and we would come back again! 100% recommend to anyone considering visiting the Sinharaja forest. They are family owned, and extremely kind people.

L’établissement The Whitegates Lodge se trouve à Weligama (Matara), à proximité de ce lieu d’intérêt : Plage de Midigama. Absolutely loved this place. The beautiful beach was just across the road. We had a very comfortable stay with all the facilities in the house. And the family owners were very nice. It’s the one of the beautiful guesthouses that I will definitely come back !
