Staff was super helpful and friendly. We had flat tire and they pointed us to the authorized repair shop and called them for us. Close to Damara Living Museum and Petrified Forest. Food was amazing. Pool was clean and had nice view. Water was not cold like in other pools in Namibia. Room was spacious and bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there and will definitely come back.

Our stay at Huab Lodge was simply a dream! We were very warmly welcomed and the location is absolutely unique. The food was also excellent. Our absolute highlight was the River Drive. The nature and also the elephants were really breathtaking. What we really liked was how respectful the handling of the elephants was. It was left enough distance to the elephants and also respected when the signal came that we should "move on". Nevertheless, we were able to spend a lot of time with the elephants. You just noticed that they are free and wild elephants, which made everything even more unique. By far the best drive of the entire vacation.

Located 25 km from Khorixas, Gondwana Damara Mopane Lodge offers accommodation set in a semi-circle of interlinking pathways with a swimming pool at the centre. Everything. Especially all the staff. Landscape previous. Excelent accommodation.

Aabadi Mountain CampはKhorixasにある宿泊施設で、ペトリファイド・フォレスト・コリシャスから30kmです。敷地内に専用駐車場があります。 Lovely place to stay in Damaraland! The tents are clean and spacious with attached toilet and shower, hot water and electricity. The food was excellent, dinner was 250 each and more food than we could eat. Breakfast was great, and they gave us a packed lunch (I think lunch was 200) for our long drive. The staff was incredible, so attentive and helpful, some of the best we’ve had in months of traveling. The camp is away from all lights so it was some of the best star gazing ever. The ownership is brand new (and Namibian) as of September 2025 so take this into account when looking at older reviews online.
