Henry and Mariluz were so welcoming. She made fresh food for breakfast and asked us so made lunch ( including a picnic) and dinner. Henry walked us up to Pachamama and introduced to plants to help with altitude. Great sunset from here. Mariluz showed us her weaving and knitting skills. The west side of the island where they were was tranquil. A map was shared so we could walk around the island the next day and also walk up Pachatata.

The owner took us on the hike to Pachamama and Pacatata Sanctuaries located in the island. The night was getting chilly so the lady of the house provided us with bottles of hot water to warm up the beds. There are very nice views of the lake from the house. All food was cooked fresh.
