Excellent self service system supported by excellent information and staff when required. Small details like milk in the fridge, welcome package of crackers and cheese and some drinks made us feel really welcome. The house itself and the room we had was also beautiful and homely. We recommend it to everyone and we would come back here would we ever go back to Tasmania.

The Florance exceeded our expectations. The location was very central, parking was included, the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious. The staff including the owner of the property were welcoming and friendly. The decor of the place - mixed modern and vintage - was very tasteful and beautiful.

The view both sides was amazing, the Apartment had everything we needed , inclusive of a wide selection of Teas. The Arty Decor made us feel right at home. Perfect central location and always able to get an E Scooter. Quite at night and very comfortable bedding and pillows. Will definitely stay again!

Finished to a high quality, comfy beds, lovely bed linen and fluffy towels. Excellent location and some really nice restaurants very close. Nice to have parking just round the back in a dedicated space.
