The tent, bathroom, kitchen, sink, plates, towel, and everything about it exceeded our expectations. It was a luxury tent hotel. It was my first time ever doing any type of camping so I was quite nervous. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it and it’s because there wasn’t a thing missing . Everything was provided and easy to use and clean, and the tent was amazing. Jared was also constantly available to answer any questions via text. It was my first time sleeping or being in a tent, and it was like we stepped into Harry Potter’s magical tent. I can’t get over how much I enjoyed it. I’d definitely recommend this experience especially to people who are thinking of camping for the first time. The facility was so well organised - Jared must have really put a LOT of thought and effort into making it a 5-star glamping experience.

The decorations were fantastic, and the cleanliness of the place were spot on. Everyone enjoy the rooms, plenty of rooms for us. The owners were very friendly. Would definitely be back again.

Feeding the ducks and swans Peaceful location Very well equipped kitchen and lots of boardgames were also provided Comfortable with lots of seating for everyone. Pool table was a winner Managed by Seaside Homes and they were amazing with communication, very quick to respond.

We stayed at lazy river Boutique bed & breakfast to celebrate our 19th Wedding Anniversary. Everything was amazing. The hosts Liz and Steve were very welcoming and hospitable. We opted for the 3 course dinner and it was delicious. We were very happy with our stay and even got to enjoy a love kayak together. A lovely place to stay.
