The room was spacious, with a modern design, and not a lot of noise could be heard from the outside. The bathroom was spacious, equipped with a bathtub, instant hot water, and great pressure. We received two free bottles of water and coffee every day, courtesy of the coffee machine. The fridge was quite big and made no noise. The temperature in the room was great. The bed was very comfortable. There was also an electric stove. Cleaning was done daily; shampoo, shower gel, bathrobes, and towels were replaced daily if you left them on the floor. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Sometimes it was a buffet, sometimes à la carte, depending on the number of guests. We also had dinner a couple of times at the hotel's restaurant, and the food was correctly cooked. We went during the week, so we basically had the spa area all to ourselves, which was wonderful. The hotel staff was very attentive, helpful, and nice. The reception area was also very nice, with lovely Christmas decorations. They organized a fine dining wine-pairing dinner, which we were informed about before our stay, requiring a 50% deposit. It was a bit expensive, but in my opinion, it was worth it, and it was the culinary highlight of our stay. So I would definitely recommend it if you have the chance.

The hotel is excellent. Breakfast is very rich and varied. The dinner dishes are very tasty. The rooms are very clean. Transportation to the gondola is well organized, buses depart every 15 minutes. The SPA is good, but the air temperature around the pool could be higher.

The house is very big and cosy. It has everything you need for a long stay. You can rent ski equipment for free. Also the shuttle bus to the gondola in Bansko is included in the accommodation price. Swimming pools are perfect after a long day on the slopes (you can take towels from the spa reception). Everyday day cleaning. Amazing staff.

Super friendly owner, he settled us in the apartment much earlier than the standard check in. The apartments themselves are very comfortable and have everything you need. also in the complex there is a wonderful spa area, well equipped, with cool pools and saunas inside and outside. all pools are heated

When we first stumbled upon this apartment it seemed almost too good to be true. Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Rendy is the most thoughtful host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around the area. The apartment is really comfortable. The kitchen contains everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom and balcony are clean and light. SPA is so luxury addition. It was nice to spend a few hours there after hiking.The location was incredible. Rendy had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thanks Rendy for such a wonderful time ! We will be back. Elena and Vlad.
