Staff made us feel welcome and at home from the very beginning. The family room we were staying in was huge, as was the bathroom with a double shower and hot water and good pressure. Has all the amenities, including a washing machine. The shower is one of the best I've ever used, great pressure and plenty of hot water. Comfortable, easy to access and great communication with the host. Great location, close to restaurants, shops and it's very nice to walk around. Fast internet.

Rooms are spacious, it’s located in a quiet neighbourhood and staff was very friendly and authentic. One specific receptionist saved my night because I received a wrong order and she went out of her way to get me the right one. Breakfast was good!
