The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The glass windows provided a beautiful view to the gardens. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi during the storm and the swimming pool while having a wonderful cocktail! The breakfast was also amazing - best platanos in Costa Rica so far!Our host Anna was very welcoming! Also, Erick and Daniel were really helpful and showed us the sloths residing in the property!

Arenal Amor is an incredible piece of paradise! The serene atmosphere and stunning views make this place unforgettable, but what truly made our stay magical was the top-notch spa and service from the staff. We had the best massage of our lives—it was pure perfection. The therapists were incredibly skilled, and the tranquil open-air setting elevated the entire experience. To top it off, we were treated to the enchanting sight of monkeys playing in the trees during our massage! It felt like something out of a dream. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and fresh. Nothing quite like starting your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee while toucans flutter through the trees. Special thanks to Jogebeth, whose warmth and impeccable service made our stay even more special. From her attention to detail to her genuine care for our comfort, she went above and beyond. Arenal Amor is a slice of paradise!

The property and its surroundings are amazing. It was truly a great experience for - standalone bungalows give you so much privacy. The nature around it can be observed from the balcony - this was so enjoyable during our morning coffee time. The hotel staff was also so helpful and got us through one transport emergency.

The hotel is incredible, a great way to thrown yourself and enjoy being in a rainforest with loads of bird life. We found the staff accommodating and helpful whenever we asked for anything. The property is stunning. Natural beauty everywhere. There are several restaurants on the property and they’re all delicious. The spa treatments are excellent. Rooms are quiet. It’s one of the most relaxing places I have ever stayed. Management and staff are all extremely polite and attentive. Perfect for a couples getaway.
