I am a regular customer of this hotel I have been at this hotel also a couple of times in the past and I always choose this hotel in Aswan because if it's great location. Certainly! Here’s a rephrased version of your text: "This time, I was thrilled to stay in a room on the fifth floor in the renovated section of the hotel. The room was brand new, and I was delighted with the updated facilities. I was given a room on the quiet, back side of the hotel, overlooking the Nile River and the mountains, which made my stay exceptionally enjoyable." Let me know if you’d like further adjustments!

The hospitality at this hotel was exceptional. Since the hotel is on an island, we informed them of our late arrival, and the owner personally picked us up from the ferry dock, even carrying our luggage. The room was clean and compact, with both air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The bathroom was also clean, and there was hot water. The hotel had a beautiful terrace where they prepared breakfast at our requested time. When we wanted to visit the Botanical Garden, the owner’s son took us there by boat for a reasonable hourly fee. After exploring, we decided to visit Nubian Village, and once again, the hotel’s boat transported us. The boat ride on the Nile was magical, especially when they turned off the motor so we could listen to the birds. When we wanted to visit Philae, they arranged everything seamlessly. Since we couldn’t cross the dam by boat, they dropped us off on the mainland, where their partnered taxi driver was waiting for us. He was incredibly kind and talkative. From there, we took a boat named "Büşra" (which happens to be my name!) to Philae. The boat owner had pre-purchased our tickets, allowing us easy entry. After our tour, the taxi driver picked us up again, and we asked for a restaurant recommendation. He suggested Mekka Restaurant, where we had an excellent meal. In the evening, we explored the market and called the hotel owner, who sent a boat to pick us up. Their assistance in making transportation so smooth was truly valuable. On our last day, they allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel while we explored the city. Before our flight, the owner’s son brought our luggage to the ferry dock, and their partnered taxi driver took us to the airport. He was so kind that he even shared his own food with us. The hotel’s architecture, interior design, and overall ambiance were beautiful. They even made a special tea for us.

Fantastic location in the New Aswan and part of the city in a quiet tranquil position. The Hotel has a marvellous wellness feel, everything is ready and at your fingertips. Apartment was spacious, one of the best beds and showers you could possibly ask for. Now for the most important part, the Staff Farouk, Haidy Teesbah deserve a special mention for their professional, friendly and always happy disposition, in shot they were wonderful. Restaurant Staff were equally as good and were always ready to wait on you like royalty, special mention to Marina she was marvellous. Bus drivers and buggy drivers too were fantastic, prompt and polite. Zen Wellness Resort is Fabulous and deserve all the accolades, thanks for such a delight 5 nights. Neale & Christine

The ship has beautiful wooden decks. The interior of the rooms is a bit old-fashioned, but it's well kept and clean. Our room was very quiet. The buffet was quite good, lots of choice and good quality. You also get to taste some local food.

A very good way to relax and explore the Nile. The food is tasty, the staff, especially the waiters, try their best. The upper deck with the swimming pool is nicely arranged, the ship is preserved in an old, elegant style. A good idea with an Arabic dinner on the upper deck, you could taste the local flavors. I recommend a jewelry store on the ship, nice designs and real gold.

The Pyramisa is an outstanding hotel located on a private island. The free boat service to the ‘mainland’ gives it an exclusive feel, and yet it is not expensive to stay here. Breakfast was excellent, dinner is not quite as good, but still perfectly acceptable. The staff are fantastic- Faisal in particular was a star.
