Location, location, location! This hotel is perfectly situated, making it incredibly convenient to explore the entire city. The Jack and Jill sinks are a stunning feature, and the rooftop bar offers breathtaking views of the city skyline. While it would have been even more lively with a DJ on the weekends (just my personal preference), the atmosphere was still wonderful. Now, the staff—what can I say? Every single person, from the porters and reception team to the spa, housekeeping, bar, and restaurant staff, went above and beyond. They were all incredibly polite and helpful. We spent a lot of time at the rooftop bar and had the pleasure of interacting with Alessandro, who was fantastic and gave us great tips on places to visit. Connor (hope I got his name right—the Irish guy!) was super courteous, even bringing us blankets to stay warm. Grace was as gracious as her name suggests, the waitress from Georgia was so attentive and patient with my friend’s picky eating habits, and Johnny—what a character! His charisma is off the charts; I’d gladly pay to see his stand-up comedy routine! This was hands down my most memorable city break to date. I would recommend it 1000%!

I've never been to a hotel that I've genuinely woild go back to over any other hotel. The staff were amazing, sooooo friendly, it's a fancy hotel but the staffs service was 10/10 but talked and treated you like a normal person not stuck up like in other hotels

Hello , I highly recommend this hotel. It boasts a perfect location, equidistant from all major attractions. The staff is exceptionally polite and customer-oriented. Breakfasts are delicious, and the restaurant team deserves special mention — they ensure your day begins with warmth and genuine care. This time, we stayed in a suite, and it was the perfect choice. The room was spacious and well-zoned, with a separate living area where the sofa converts into an additional bed, ideal for a child. The bathroom was large and comfortable, and the highlight of the suite was a stunning terrace overlooking the rooftops. Housekeeping was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. In this price category, after extensive research, this is by far the best hotel I’ve found.

The staff was wonderful, friendly, cooperative, helpful. I found my hotel for life in Barcelona and do not want to try any other hotel anymore. The front desk staff made everything happen, anything you asked they were helpful. Diner, breakfast and lunch were wonderful, a great chef but also staff.
