First of all I want to say that this hotel is 10/10, everything was exceptional. The best best thing of this hotel is the location, is precisely located on the main and most important street in Bilbao, we were able to walk to any destination we wanted, everything was maximum 20 minutes walking distance. The decoration and design of the hotel is really luxurious and "spa" like. We tried the Spa services, sauna and pool, and it was perfect, as it is really small it is limited to 2 couples at a time, therefore there's a lot of privacy, nobody is undressed, which is a big point for me, as there are many other places in Europe where everybody get's undressed, making it really uncomfortable. The people were exceptional at all times, really helpful, joyful, simply nice. Really 10/10 experience. Another positive point is that you can check out until 12:00, normally check-out is always in between 10am and 11am, and this one gives you a full hour more, you can calmly wake up, get ready, still enjoy the sauna, etc.

Next to the Bilbao Estuary and just a few metres from the iconic Guggenheim Museum and the Euskalduna Palace, our 5-star hotel is the ideal place to relax and savour true Basque gastronomy.

Amazing building that has been beautifully renovated. It’s quite a bit out if the city….buy we loved the area a lot as it had much more beautifull villa and houses around it. We quite liked Getxo. Service was amazing! Breakfast at the terrace with sea-view made us feel great in the morning.

Truly one of the best hotels I have ever been! Everything was just perfect. Super helpful and friendly staff, beautifully designed, spacious and clean room with great view. I loved that they use Rituals as their brand for bathroom products. Breakfast was served in super fancy restaurant again with great attention for detail. It’s a pity we only stayed for one night, because I was sad to leave this place. Hotel has its own parking.

Amazingly helpful and kind staff who made the stay very special and comfortable, and gave lots of advice on things to see in the area. The hotel is beautiful and stylish, and the room was incredibly cosy and comfortable with its own jacuzzi bathtub and views of the hills behind the hotel. The hotel restaurant with views over Bermeo and the sea served the most delicious food we ate throughout our whole holiday.
