We loved our stay in the hotel! - The location is great - it's still very quiet, but a short walk to the restaurants/sand beach, and only a short taxi ride from some other attractions (waterpark/dolphin show etc). - Stunning views. - The property is well-maintained, clean, and pleasant. - You have the choice between a more crowded sand beach nearby (with affordable sunbeds), or staying on the hotel grounds and getting down to a nice beautiful beach with stone access. We liked this variety. - Always easy to find available sunbeds around the pool. - Good choice and quality of food on buffet diners.

Best gym facilities of any hotel we've stayed at. The pools and landscaped areas were great and the rooms were well-appointed and designed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating of our requests. A very quiet and peaceful hotel.

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The location, right by a charming small beach, is idyllic, and the breakfast was amazing. What truly stood out was the incredible service from the staff. Every single person we encountered was so friendly, warm, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay special. This hotel was incredible. If I return to Palma I will definitely stay here again. Everything was amazing I cannot fault a single thing! On arrival we got complimentary cava and then went to the terrace overlooking the ocean for dinner. It was gorgeous. They gave us a free upgrade to a room with an ocean view and it was beautiful! Rooms so clean and comfortable...absolutely impeccable standards. Breakfast was fantastic, such a wonderful array of options at the buffet and even cava there too! The pool area was great and they provide you with towels. You have to be down at the pool before 11 as the beds get taken but we were there in August during busy season so maybe at other times during the year this wouldn't be an issue. Pool bar had an extensive range of drinks and cocktails. The staff at reception were so helpful and called us taxis to palma centre. The centre is about 10 mins in a taxi and is so beautiful with the Palace, the cathedral, the harbour and all the great shops and restaurants. We even got the tram to puerto de soller one of the days. Would highly recommend this day trip. Got a taxi from airport to the hotel was only about 30 mins. Cannot rate this hotel highly enough!! It was fabulous

An absolutely stunning and luxurious hotel – truly a dream vacation! Everything was perfect! What made our stay truly unforgettable was the incredibly warm and attentive staff. You rarely meet people who are so genuinely kind and go out of their way to make guests – including the little ones – feel special. Our little one was especially excited every day to greet his ‘Police officer’ from the SOS staff by the pool– such a great man from the team! He also had many favourite people in the restaurant, where everyone was so friendly and caring. The whole atmosphere was full of love, warmth, and positive energy. Even the other guests were exceptionally kind. It felt like a little paradise – we didn’t want to leave! 💕🌸
