United StatesThe host was incredibly nice and met up with us after our long walk. She made sure we got into the apartment and even booked a lunch reservation for us nearby! There is a washer as well. The location is very close to the entry of the city (great for tired feet) and close to the path to continue walking down the next morning. Note that the apartment is atop a hill (but Portomarin looks to be very hilly and this may be an issue at other places as well) so the closeness to enterance is especially welcome. Wifi worked well and we were able to stream a show in the evening.

NetherlandsA large and quiet apartment, which even had a garden! The apartment was clean, kitchen was well equipped, shower was very good and there was tea, coffee and chocolate as a welcome gift. The owner was very nice and responded quickly to my questions.
