Exceptional room with everything you could want. Staff go the extra mile and the breakfasts are superb. All the sights in the old town are within walking distance and there is a tram that goes to the beach over the bridge from the city's medieval gate round the corner from the hotel. The room (penthouse) was fantastic but what really stands out is the service, especially from the reception team. Silvia G M really made us feel very welcome and appreciated from day 1 to the end. We felt very valued and well looked after - starting from welcome drinks and chocolate and a gift for a very minor inconvenience (which they solved for us in hours!) and breakfast was cooked to perfection.
