We were looking for a beachfront hotel between Bilbao and San Sebastián, somewhere close to the Balenciaga Museum for a weekend stay. Hiru Uhinak turned out to be a pleasant surprise – great location with easy access from the train station. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely designed, with good quality furnishings and plenty of space. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the spa area is one of the largest I’ve visited in a boutique hotel of this scale. It was just after Easter so we had a peaceful and relaxing time both at the property and in town.

The family room was perfect for the 4 of us. With two teenage daughters having two bathrooms (one with a large bath), two bedrooms and lounge area was tremendous. We had an easy and early check in. Standing on the balcony admiring the view of the church was special. I would describe the room as luxurious. Free drinks in the mini bar were also a bonus. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best hotels we have ever visited. Great front desk staff who were happy to switch and upgrade our room, as we smelled cigarettes in the one we booked. Delicious and plentiful breakfast and fresh fruit juices. Free parking right on the quiet street in front of the hotel.
