Stayed there for our 10th anniversary and the hotel didnt disappoint. We have travelled to over 40 countries and stayed in probably over 200 properties in the last ten years. This has to be one of the best boutique hotels we have stayed in ever. Each and every bit of the hotel is thoughtfully created right from the checkin to the lighting to the kitchen appliances, the breakfast options. Team Haawe, you have set a benchmark which is tough to beat. All the next hotels will have a steep curve to climb. You have spoiled us :)

The support from the guest relations was exceptional. Our flight was delayed and we missed a day stay in the hotel and could had missed the activities that we had planned. We emailed the hotel and got an immediate reply and our activities were rebooked without any hassled. Our room was all ready for us when we checked in the following day. They also prepared a to go breakfast as we have an early morning activity as well as when we left early for the airport.

The owner met us at the property and was there waiting when we arrived we didn’t have to wait around. The property was clean and warm, snacks provided (added bonus). They showed us around the apartment and where everything was before leaving. Super friendly and easy to contact via text/email. The location of the property is perfect, right off the main high street, pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets all within a few minutes walk. 5 minutes the other way is the bus stop to get to/from the airport and Santa Clause Village. 10-15 minute easy walk to Arktikum museum.

We booked a reservation for 3 people for the suite named 'Royal Roi Luxury Suites,' but the day before our arrival, we received news that our suite had been upgraded to a larger and more comfortable penthouse called 'Royal Penthouse Apartment' due to an unexpected issue with the original suite. We noticed that there was a price difference of 2 times between the two rooms, yet we were able to check in without any additional payment. To be honest, it exceeded our expectations; it was located right in the heart of Rovaniemi city, making transportation very convenient. Across the hotel, there was the Santa Express, and you could easily go to Santa Claus Village. We stayed as a group of 3, and we left the hotel incredibly happy; we wish we had planned a longer stay! It was an amazing hotel experience in every detail!

The villa is located right in Santa Claus Village. Just like the pictures. Close to bus stops, shops and restaurants. It's a beautiful very clean villa. We stayed in the first floor. You have to cook breakfast yourself but I didn't mind they provide you with lots of goods for breakfast and even snacks too. They cleaned up the kitchen and bathroom daily. The host was very sweet and pleasant. She even let me hire her babysitter for a night out in town. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you for everything!
