The cottage was immaculate, spacious rooms with plenty of towels and blankets. Hot tub and fire area were excellent, lovely views. The host was available for any issues, not that we had any. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back!

The place is just marvelous - up in the hill, overseeing wundervoll nature. You sleep in enchanting cabins, sitting on the terrace in the middle of a national park with a fire at your side, using the wood-fired sauna and whirlpool. Brian and Gillian are wonderful hosts. We felt very privileged and spoiled. Thank you so much for the wunderful time

The cottage is in a great location- very central for the town centre and 5 minutes walk from the seafront at the East Bay. This was our second visit and it did not disappoint again. It is extremely clean and welcoming. The hosts had left some goodies for us on arrival. The heating was also on when we arrived which was lovely as it was a very wet day. Plenty of space and the upstairs bedrooms have great sea views. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable with lovely bed linen. The shower was great with good water pressure. The garden area is private and very pleasant when the weather is dry with plenty of seating and a covered area at the back. I can thoroughly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be back!

    The property was ideally situated for our needs. It was spotlessly clean and the lounge was outstanding in decor; very pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding, with superb choice and perfectly cooked. Loved the additional touch of sliced sausage and clootie dumpling! The preserves were all home-made and tasted terrific! Hosts, too, were exceptional in their welcome and willingness to please.
