The location was fantastic for getting around North Wales. Lovely comfortable flat, everything you could possibly need and secure parking. Lovely grounds to walk in and explore. The 'old' kitchen was amazing to see. So much history. The estate staff that I met during my stay were all lovely and extremely helpful.

We really enjoyed out stay in this unusual flat. Lovely quiet setting with expansive grounds to enjoy. It had an upstairs downstairs feel with the wonderful Victorian kitchen, games room & boot room below. Great location for exploring Chester, North Wales and nearby industrial heritage. I thought it might be draughty or cold but it was very cosy with or without the lovely open fire. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We very much appreciated the little welcome pack too.

A great location with parking only a couple of minutes away. A really lovely room with a superb bathroom. I thought that all the front of house staff were efficient and welcoming! I definitely would stay here again!!

The staff was exceptionally helpfull with specific requests for our one year old son. They offered to have our meal packed and sent to the room if our son was too tired to sit in the restaurant. The food was good and the room was as described and spotless. Beds were a bit small and a bit stiffer than we are used to, but that is personal preference.
