My family and I had a wonderful 3 nights at the Mood Hotel. The hotel owners and staff could not have been kinder to all of us! The rooms are lovely, and ours had a beautiful view of the mountains. Our room had a well-stocked bath with robes. We ate dinner at the hotel each night, as we were tired from hiking each day. The food was terrific and the service was outstanding. The seating area is awesome for sitting and having drinks, also. The only thing lacking is the breakfasts. Fresh bread and fresher fruits and cereals would be helpful. The eggs, though, were good, and so was the coffee. Also, note for Americans and Europeans -- breakfasts are served throughout this area at 9 AM. I definitely would stay at the Mood Hotel again.

A lovely new hotel, the hotel manager was extremely helpful and kind. The lounge facilities were excellent and very close to our favourite restaurant, a short walk away.

Wow! Great hotel! Best service ever!!!! Free rides to the ski area which is few mins away, assistance with the ski rental, took care of us- we never seen such a level of service, its a real family hotel. Very clean, everything is new. Comfertable beds. Lovely lobby to hang out in, wonderful restaurant both food and service, and lovely breakfast.

Everything was excellent, the family's treatment and reception, the location and the price for the value. The rooms are also clean and tidy and the view is very beautiful on the mountain and the city as well. There is a bidet.
