Amazing new place, with everything you can think of to keep you and your kids busy and happy on your holiday. It’s a pleasure to write this review cause we are already not the first time here and guess what? It became even better and all our small comments from last time got improved! So thumbs up for the management to be that attentive to guests needs and open mindedness to change old approach. To summarize it all: 1. Spotless 2. Maintained and taken care off on a very high level. 3. Every single employee is kind, smiling, professional on his/her place and ready to assist. 4. Food became even better and everybody in the restaurant is doing just a remarkable job.

This was a return trip for us and Lotus Hotel never disappoints. Service was excellent, facilities amazing, with super clean pools, saubas and rooms, great food, and altogether, a very relaxed atmosphere. The beautiful town of Heviz is only 2 km away so we took early morning walks to the town and had out first coffee there. As a bonus, there is a litttle show every night at the hotel and some of the performers are fantastic. All in all, a memorable holiday! We shall return!
