The resort is located on a mountainside. There was a beautiful view from every place, including our terrace. There are a lot of stairs in the area (but not too steep, and most of them have railings), so Maha Hills is a great option for adults who are looking for relaxation and tranquillity. Spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub. A large swimming pool (again with THIS view) next to the restaurant serving delicious dishes, including Balinese cuisine. There is also a SPA on site, from which you can listen to the sound of the waterfall during a massage... these are amazing moments that are impossible to describe. Even though the facility is quite large, it has a unique, friendly and even family atmosphere. Maybe the view is worth $1 000 000, but these unique experiences are created primarily by people and their approach to guests - and this is priceless. We spent 4 days at the hotel. The Maha Hills team prepared a birthday surprise for me, which was not only nice, but... touching. The house had a good size and the location was perfect. Just a five minute stroll from the beach and some nice restaurants. The decor and the flair of Lata Lama are beautiful. Nice and friendly staff.

Everything. It’s beautiful, it’s huge, it’s peaceful and it’s clean! The interior is nice but the pool and huge outdoor area are just amazing. I wish we had been staying longer. The place is amazing for families or groups.

This was so fantastic I’m sorry that I can only rate it 10 out of 10 The whole experience was ridiculously wonderful. Nia made an awesome breakfast when we had them and all of the locals were great. Nia kept the Villa so clean and it was so sad to leave. Willem was there when we arrived and was there to say goodbye. We certainly will be back and stay for a longer time. 20 out of 10!!! We will be telling everyone that we know who plan to come to Bali to visit Lovina and stay at Villa 2 Brook.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, which immediately made me feel at home. The rooms are very spacious, beautifully kept, and the sea view is simply breathtaking. The beds are soft and silky, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. Everything was spotless, the atmosphere relaxing, and the service attentive without being intrusive. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and a memorable experience by the sea.

This place is a sanctuary for relaxation. The views are stunning, the cabins are gorgeous, and the entire team exude such kindness and care that it's impossible to not feel at home. I was a bit nervous about the food not including many vegan options, and the kitchen even made me vegan bread for breakfast! I cannot recommend the spa services enough-- particularly the scrub which is a homemade concoction that will stimulate the senses and cells. I'm grateful to have discovered such a luxurious gem in Munduk and recommend it to anyone visiting Bali. Thank you for a rejuvenating stay. 🙏

What an amazing place!! A true exotic paradise location! Beautifully set, high in the mountains, this new built mini-resort provides all you need to experience the serenity, fantastic nature and friendly ways of local people. The bamboo cabin is so pretty, neat and comfortable - a large bed with a canopy and moskito curtains (not at all needed in February!), lovely wooden furniture, the bamboo finish and the lovely bathroom surrounded with the view of the local greenery and the mountains. Unforgettable. Eating area under a roof with 360 views of the surrounding nature, the beatutiful pool, fire place area and the vegetable garden for the needs of the resort's kitchen. The team is really nice, with a good knowledge of English and catering for any needs, including transfers, local trips and food requests. Local people are most friendly. They live modestly but are so rich through their culture and religious rituals, architecture and devotion! A real privilege to be a witness of some of it. A half day trip to the natural water slide, Sekumpul and Fiji waterfalls, cliff jump and the trek across the rice fields and the woodland - a once in a lifetime experience. Amazing views, overwhelming sense of power of nature and how local people have learned to peacefully harness it to their needs. A truly wholesome experience!
