We had a very nice stay in a nicely furnished beautiful villa. However the private swimming poll was useless for us as situated in the shade and therefore the water was very cold. Very good food in the restaurant (attention a lot of stairs) next to a nice swimming pool with a beautiful view on hills and rice terraces. There is a possibility to book excursions and trekking. Very nice spa treatments. Very friendly service in the restaurant and spa.

After hectic day in Padang Bai and long travel, this place was just calm and warm that gave us exactly what we needed: warm, friendly welcome, arranged dinner to be delivered, arranged us trip for next day, no bargains, just helpful staff. What a beautiful property at the end of a less than beautiful road! Driving the last few minutes to Villa Lily from the main streets, you may wonder where you are going, but once you arrive you'll be more than glad you came! We were very warmly welcomed to this property. The cold coconut water (in the coconut of course!) were a welcome treat. A few minutes after arriving my daughter dropped her sunglasses and cracked the frame. Bodi very graciously found us some crazy glue so we could repair them. Thank you! It's the little touches that make a big difference! The rooms were clean and the open areas amazing! The pool is large and well cared for with the kids in it shortly after our arrival. Although we didn't do any cooking here, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The sounds of nature in the jungle around you are also so interesting... just sit in a chair by the pool at night and try to identify the many sounds you'll hear! Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

This was so fantastic I’m sorry that I can only rate it 10 out of 10 The whole experience was ridiculously wonderful. Nia made an awesome breakfast when we had them and all of the locals were great. Nia kept the Villa so clean and it was so sad to leave. Willem was there when we arrived and was there to say goodbye. We certainly will be back and stay for a longer time. 20 out of 10!!! We will be telling everyone that we know who plan to come to Bali to visit Lovina and stay at Villa 2 Brook.

This property is very new. The facilities are wonderful. I stayed in a beachfront sea view bungalow with outside bath and shower which was lovely. The restaurant overlooked the pool area and the food was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Umah Lusa is a credit to those who envisioned it, created it and work every day to ensure the highest standards of genuine hospitality. The setting is spectacular; an almost heavenly hilltop aspect, seemingly above the clouds and a world away from the tourist crowds. The views over the hills towards the sea, the stunning pool, and the beautiful gardens are just the start. The stand-alone rooms are quietly luxurious, well-appointed and extremely comfortable. The in-house massage was excellent, and the steam room and sauna were a welcome addition. The restaurant setting is sublime at any time of day, and we enjoyed everything we tried from the extensive menu, which offers both local flavours and Western options, all done very well. However, the highlight of our stay was the staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their welcoming smiles and genuine engagement were a sheer delight and will live long in our memories of this stunning property.
