Wonderful hotel. Big and beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Especially Ms Dea from the reception. She was awesome. She remembered my name everytime she saw me. She was really nice. Internet was good too. The toilet even was awesome :))

Fabulous place to stay, it’s centrally located in South Jakarta but just be aware of the traffic jams in the immediate vicinity. The last kilometre can take 20 to 25 minutes.

The hotel is a high-end 5-star establishment. The service and cleanliness are excellent. My room was particularly spacious and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The hotel has 3 restaurants; I tried one with Japanese cuisine, and the quality, as well as the value for money, was excellent. The breakfast was abundant and very varied.
