Very clean, beautiful hotel..good location if you're by car to visit the center of Modica and surrounding towns. Staff is amazing, and our stay was overall very pleasant and we would reccommend this hotel always.

A great opportunity to stay in a unique palazzo in the heart of Noto. The room was huge inluding a private terrace. In the room and in the bathroom everything is provided, even more then you would need during a short stay. This place is surely great also for a longer stay. Hosts are very kind, breakfast is not mentioned in the room rate but you will find in the fridge juice, coke, a big bottle of water, almod milk, butter and oranges. There is a lavazza coffee machine, tea, different sweat cakes ....etc in the cupboard all for free. Don't miss the small almond cake, should be home made, the best I have ever tasted! You can prepare and eat your breakfast in the terrace. Bed is comfortable and we found the room calm, no noise from the street, had a great sleep. The own parking area is a bonus, it is very safe as the gate is closed during the night, we could leave our car in the courtyard even after check out. Noto is beatiful and much more enjoyable in the evening after all the tourist buses leaving... so do not hesitate and stay here!

This place is a delightful discovery, set above Modica in all its glory. The views are stupendous and the hotel is stunning from design to hospitality. Breakfast is a joy; delicious and homemade and set out for you to enjoy the view. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and explore Modica, Ragusa Ilba and Scicli.
