The property is a high level hotel. The rooms are very nicely equipped, having a large TV and also a comfortable large double bed. Although the hotel is not centrally located they offer a free shuttle to and from Naples city center. Mauro, the driver is very helpful with tourists, offering his local knowledge of the history of Naples and places of interest. He is also a very gentle person, like all the other employees,including reception staff, chambermaids and waiters. My next visit to Naples will definitely be at Gold Tower Lifestyle Hotel.

we had an amazing experience at relais mermaid luxury suite! giuseppe was a responsive host, he sent us all the important info and was ready to help us with our needs. the location is truly exceptional: just a short walk from piazza del plebiscito and the royal palace, and from our balconies you have the most beautiful and peaceful view of the sea! we also loved the taste in the design of the room and the furniture, and even the tea cups were beautiful. everything was just great, and since they say you go to naples and then you want to come again, we'll make sure to stop here for the night if that happens!

This has been an amazing stay. We have spent two nights here , and we are so thrilled by the neighbourhood ( elegant and safe ) , the building, the room , the cleanliness and above all Massimo .     In the heart of napels! Easily located by tube or train. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities, we booked a suite, and so glad we did. I a bustling city it was so nice to come back to some luxury and reasonably priced. Air conditioning, extra large bed, monsoon shower, bath, smart tv which connected to our Netflix account, free tea and coffee along side an included breakfast. Would totally recommend! Would stay there again. (Mwah, chefs kiss xx )

    Museum Luxury Suites was a wonderful and certainly luxurious place to stay, located right near the archaeological museum. The suite was even better than I expected and had a very comfortable bed and beautiful bed linen. The facilities and bathroom were all excellent and I was very pleased. The breakfast was huge and included a range of local specialities and good coffee. The hosts were lovely and incredibly helpful. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Naples!
