It was our first trip to Garda Lake and luckily we stayed in this hotel, which made our stay so perfect! We had a great welcome,from very friendly reception staff and we were upgraded for free to a bigger room with the view.Thank you! This hotel is beautiful,the park is amazing,all the facilities are great,spa,swimming pools,massage,restaurants,room service with delicious Club Sandwiches for dinner.The hotel has the best location and all the staff of the hotel,absolutely everyone was so friendly, helpful, smiley,and so efficient and proffessional!Thank you ALL!!! We loved absolutely everything about this hotel and we would definitely come back with our kids next time,as there is a Kids Club.

1. Great personnel at the reception who provided us with free upgrade, knowing that we had a long way and it was our first stay at the lake. 2. Great room with the lake view and private warm jacuzzi at the terrace. 3. Very tasty breakfast with all you need: squeezed juice, fresh bread, great Italian coffee, omelet, sausages, bacon, cheese, sweet pastry etc. 4. We were very pleased with our stay! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the apartment was beautiful — clean, fresh, and tastefully decorated. The spacious balcony offered a lovely view, which we really appreciated. The location is quiet and peaceful, making it an excellent place to stay with young children. The hotel was just what we needed in chaotic period of Christmas Holidays. There was never a lot of people, the pool area was empty dooring the sunny period from 11am-2pm so we somehow felt alone in a private spa. The temperature of the pools was 32 degrees and the outside heated pool often felt warmer. Location is quiet, don't expect any interesting restaurants and events. there is only beautiful nature and hiking options, with close proximity to great ski areas and old towns.
