Amazing location! 50 m. from the better beach of Vieste. Near the historical centre. Perfectly clear rooms, everything is new and beautifully decorated. Free delicious breakfast and coffee, made by the owner. The owner is very friendly and helpful. He recommends best places to visit. If you go in vieste, you should stay in Le Dune !

Antonella, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the very beginning. The room was spotless — the cleanliness was truly outstanding — and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast at the nearby café was excellent. The location is perfect: quiet, close to the center, and just a two-minute walk from the nearest beach. Highly recommended!
