Our stay at La Vista FujiKawaguchiko was truly unforgettable. The hotel is situated in an exceptionally peaceful and picturesque location, offering breathtaking views of Mount Fuji right from the room. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed — the check-in process was very fast, and the staff were extremely courteous and friendly. Prior to our arrival, the hotel staff kindly arranged a shuttle bus reservation for us. The shuttle operates several times a day between Kawaguchiko Station and the hotel, making access very convenient. This small but thoughtful gesture immediately set the tone for a highly attentive and hospitable service throughout our stay. The hotel lobby features a charming little shop, a 24-hour coffee machine, and during specific times, complimentary desserts and wine are served — a delightful touch that made us feel pampered. Our room was exceptional: traditional yet luxurious, with an electric fireplace adding a cozy atmosphere. The private open-air bath on the balcony, overlooking Mount Fuji, was an extraordinary experience. The hotel thoughtfully provides comfortable pajamas, which guests are encouraged to wear not only in their rooms but also while visiting the restaurant and spa areas — a unique and relaxing custom that adds to the homely and welcoming ambiance of the hotel. La Vista FujiKawaguchiko exceeded all our expectations. Every detail, from the stunning decor to the attentive service, was perfectly designed to create an atmosphere of pure relaxation and enjoyment. These are standalone villas with roof top where you can enjoy barbecue. Barbecue set can be ordered at reception. Villas are very new, clean and very well equipped. Each house has Mt Fuji view. Really great place!

One of the nicest hotels as ever stayed at. Incredible location and unforgettable view of Mt Fuji, the room was absolutely amazing, with our private sauna and private onsen. We wished we would have stayed one more day at least. Get the room with the private onsen, it’s worth it!

Service was top notch. Everyone dine in a private room at night. Manage see mount fuji from here. Do take the dinner package. The onsen was good and relaxing day in Lake Kawaguchi. Maybe can add bicycle rental in ryokan will do the trick or more back and forth shuttle to main station.

The place was amazing and the overall experience was fantastic! The staff, Hatori-san along with his female co-worker whom I forgot the name of (sorry!) was very friendly and always there to assist us with any questions or request. We asked Hatori-san to help us book a taxi to the train station, but all the taxis in the area were busy so he even personally drove us with his own car! Can't imagine anywhere else where we would get this type of service. We were also lucky that there weren't too many other guests at that time so we felt like we had the all the attention ☺️.

Fantastic location and excellent facilities. Nice staff and large house. Perfect for family travel.
