The hotel felt more luxurious and exclusive than expected. Staff members were always on hand to greet you the moment you stepped out of the lift and were ready to assist you in all matters (early/late check-in, storing of suitcases, parking matters). I like that there was a separate lift for residents. The interior design was superb and almost feels as if I was in a traditional ryokan.

The location is superb, just next the train station. The service is good, bed comfortable, and great amenities.

Location was superb, right next to the station with plenty of dining options. Nice onsen, very polite and friendly service. The property felt brand new.
