It was definitely exceeded expectation from A to Z. - Pick up from Kawaguchiko station: driver was friendly and punctual. - Check-in: handled seamlessly from the moment we stepped down the mini bus. A dedicated staff walked us through all the facilities before taking us to the room - Activities: * Complimentary tea and snack at the tea house overlooking the beautiful garden was great. * Open air onsen looking directly at the fuji mountain was exceptional, even though it was covered by cloud on my day of visit * Dining in our room (i think 9 course meal) was delivious and luxurious * Room: from bath room to bedroom to dining room to private open air onsen, everything was just perfect Love everything about this place. It’s a beautiful modern layout with big glass windows allowing you to see both Mt Fuji and lake Yamanaka. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and they give you everything you need, we got the room with Mt Fuji view and a private sauna, it was just perfection. Not to mention the staff are so kind and professional. The public onsen is amazing and also feature an ice bath. I would 100% recommend this place if you were to come here.
