Wonderful staff and fabulous breakfast. The staffs are so helpful..really felt very welcome snd lòoked after in Symkent. Sent in laundry and all came back fast, nice and clean, they really make effort, very impressed.

Very beautiful and tasteful hotel, peaceful, with delicious breakfast (you chose on the menu the day before), super clean and big rooms. We communicated with Google translate with the friendly ladies at the front desk. A one day excursion hike was organised with Sultan who is a nice and talkative guy. He did the 30km walk with us. I highly recommend this place!
