The location is quite remote but stunningly beautiful and peaceful. The gardens and grounds are well maintained and the view of the mountains change minute by minute due to the weather and clouds. The staff is ready to answer any question and provide anything you wish. Take a tour of the tea factory, it’s short but informative!

The family was very welcoming into their lovely property The room has stunning views It is about 2.5 km from the center of town so away from the city noises The owner helped us with tuk tuk rides to town And he also helped us for arranging transportation for some activities The breakfast was great. It was a really nice experience.

The location is ideal. The views from our room were breathtaking. Having coffee in the morning looking at Little Adam’s peak was perfect. They had the best shower of our entire Sri Lankan holiday. The pool club was a fun way to spend an afternoon.

This place looks like a train station. But there is no sound in the rooms. Ella is not a big city, but it is very easy to get there by car as the hotels are usually located on top of the hill. And the view is very good, fresh air. Staff are very nice and professional, I really had a good night's sleep and relaxed after a long journey.

The chalet was one of the best accomodation throughout my trip in Sri Lanka. The chalet was made entirely of wood, which brought a very cozy, relaxing environment to wind down. Attached with a verandah, it was a suitable place to unwind facing a river. The cleanliness was top notch, and our host Sithum was very welcoming - even with freshly made welcome juice late at night! P/S: The room had a bluetooth spekaer which was a first encounter for me :)
