Absolutely Outstanding Experience! Our stay at the Dormero Hotel in Sri Lanka was nothing short of amazing! The staff here is truly the best we have ever encountered – attentive, friendly, and always going above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. The hotel itself is stunning, with a fantastic ambiance and exceptional hospitality. Without even asking, they graciously upgraded our room because there was availability – such a thoughtful gesture that made our trip even more special. Breakfast was an absolute highlight – delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. The top manager deserves special recognition for being incredibly kind, approachable, and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you, Dormero Hotel, for creating such unforgettable memories for us. A fantastic stay in a serene and nature-filled setting! The property has two well-designed suites with a common pool, creating a perfect balance of privacy and relaxation. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the peaceful surroundings made the experience truly refreshing. The food was outstanding, and the surprise cake arrangement added a memorable touch. What a beautiful place to stay! Great place to relax by the pool or use as a base to explore the area. Rooms were spacious, breakfast was delicious and really wished we could have stayed longer. The host Peter really made everything special!

Everything! When you walk through that front door you are walking into a zen haven- absolutely divine. Every member of staff were extremely helpful for anything you need. They are there but not intrusive. The meals we ate onsite were delicious with enough choices for us. The pool is perfect, the rooms are large, the decor is gorgeous, and the price was perfect. We had friends staying in a large hotel further north, with buffet, multiple pools, and crowds - Villa saffron is a place to relax. We will definitely return.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We had a welcome juice and unlike other places could take card or cash. The jungle setting and location was quiet a d tranquil and I loved the surroundings. Birds, palm squirrels and the accommodation's dog added to the experience. The room was big and spacious with a back patio area to have drinks and look at the jungle. Tea and coffee and toiletries came with the room, toilet roll. Some places haven't so just thought it was worth mentioning. I loved the outdoor pool and the general outdoor area. I chilled with a book outside.

    Everything - 5 Star luxury Resort at one of the Most beautiful beaches of Sri Lanka. The Food & Service is outstanding - also the Pool area and Design. Clean and comfortable Lifeguard was one of the nicest person I could Imagine We even got a free Upgrade to the Presidental Suite on our last day - Thank you so much for everything you you do a great Job - we will definitly come Back!
