The Riad itself is stunning, with breathtaking architecture and a calm, relaxing vibe. Every corner is filled with charm, and the attention to detail is remarkable. Despite being in the heart of Fez, it was incredibly quiet and serene—a true oasis! The food was another highlight! The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a variety of traditional Moroccan treats. We also had dinner at the Riad, and the flavors were simply outstanding. Lovely traditional riad with kind and attentive staff. We arrived just before midnight and Nour guided us to our room and provided some much needed cool water after our travel and told us not to worry about check in until the morning, and hassan took care of our luggage. Nour was consistently available at all hours to help us with arranging tours, laundry, or anything else we might need. Breakfast was delicious and the view from the rooftop is incredible. The location is close to the medina but still off a main road with taxis accessible. If coming from the train station try to avoid the predatory taxis nearby and walk a bit. Make sure the taxi knows the location of the Riad or you might end up on the opposite side of the médina with a fun walk ahead of you :)

Very friendly and helpful staff. Exceptional service. My wife asked for Bolongese Spaghetti. The staff said yes without any hesitance even it was not on the menu of their restaurant. They sent the driver to buy spaghetti at the market. Deeply touched. Thanks again to all the staffs. Will definitely come back.

Zaidi Samir, the manager, made sure we were well take care of for our entire (albeit brief!) stay. He reached out before our arrival and helped us arrange for a seamless arrival to the riad. Upon arrival, Samir received us with the utmost hospitality and accommodation - even though we were on a very tight timeline as we had an appointment for soon after our check in! Seeing how short our stay was, he offered to help set us up with a guide for the next day and transport to the train station for our departure. Everything was as Samir promised - our guide, Mohammed, was everything we could’ve hoped for. Prompt, informative, warm & ever the professional - we learned so much from him in just one morning, and wish we had more time. The breakfast was freshly made and delicious. The view of the courtyard pool alongside the decadent traditional furnishings made for a luxurious morning experience For first-time visitors, it’s helpful to note that you’ll need to be let in for entry to the riad. It made our stay feel much more secure.
