Absolutely stunning from beginning to end. Gorgeous property facing Bacalar Lagoon and the sunrise. The rooms, the restaurants, the terrasse, the yoga studio, the spa: everything feels peaceful and harmonious. The food and drink options are creative and elevated. There is a very thoughtful welcome ceremony upon guest arrival that I truly enjoyed. Free paddle board and kayaks to explore the lagoon on your own. I wish I stayed there for a full week!

I don’t normally write reviews of plats so like as I like to keep them secret! But these people really deserve one!! Really beautifully and thoughtfully done. Plenty of space and a nice mix of coziness and openess. Lovely room on platform in the trees. Very comfortable beds. Very good food.

The area is really really stunning, the view from the room is amazing. The outside terrace is beautiful and at night the little lights and sunset just look amazing. I truly have nothing bad to say, the breakfast was varied and filling and I will absolutely come here again. There was kayaks free to use whenever and a jet ski for 1200 pesos per 30mins for 2 which was very fun! I absolutely recommend, the staff are lovely and helpful. We will be back!

Lovely hotel. The staff were exceptional, clear guide on the area and what they offer. Complimentary push bikes. Lovely pool area. Restaurant was very good for lunch and dinner and only 5 mins from main square. Owner spoke to us every morning.

The staff is really nice and helps you with everything in planning your days by the great Baccalar lagoon! In addition the hotel is just so cozy with slightly chaotic art everywhere and loads of nice little lounge area's. The bed was also wonderful so we had the best sleep in Mexico!
