From the very first moment, we felt welcomed and at home. Cesar guided us through the beautiful, brand-new complex, which has been tastefully designed down to the last detail. We had the option to choose from several rooms that Cesar showed us – each room was unique and charming in its own way. After a delicious breakfast with freshly cut fruit, eggs, and for me, gluten-free homemade bread, we were ready to explore Arequipa. Cesar provided us with fantastic tips for restaurants and sights, making our day perfect. After an exciting day in Arequipa, we relaxed at the Palacio on comfortable loungers with an alpaca blanket and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Cesar even helped us to organize a private transfer to Puno and gave us a lunch bag with homemade cookies and fruits for the long trip to Puno. We thoroughly enjoyed our three-day stay; it was one of the best hotels we have ever been to. Thank you Palacio Guaqui, thank you Cesar, for everything.

Staff, location, atmosphere. A truly "triple A", by all means. By evening, the bonfires illuminated patio is a feast for the senses, perfect scenario for a pre-dinner cocktail. Excellent restaurant, splendid breakfast. A hotel that makes the trip worthwhile.
