I was very pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff to all requests, nothing was a problem. Beautiful surroundings, nice people, great breakfast. hotel in the middle of the park, so absolute peace. In close proximity to the Wieliczka Salt Mine. Absolutely perfect! 10/10 :-)

From the delicious scent that greets you the moment you walk on the door, this is by far one of the most beautiful and comfortable hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were excellent and came out to greet us and helped us find parking right outside where our van load of aid for Ukraine would be safe. The room itself gave off luxury even royal vibes and everything you could even imagine was there at your disposal. Good was exquisite and the room was lovely and quiet with an excellent view of Warsaw

Really good hotel, great location , just 10 minutes by tram to Old City or approximately 35 minutes walking. Spa was comfortable with warm water and hot sauna. A big variety for breakfast.
